Melbourne High Seas Fishing Experience is one of the top adventures for the summer season in Melbourne. Accompanied by the experienced instructor you can go into open waters of Black Sea on a yacht, motorboat or a rowing boat for a catch of your life!

Fishing Charters takes fishing trips in Port Phillip Bay from Melbourne’s must-see Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula and also Queenscliff on the Bellarine Peninsula, about an hour south of Melbourne Victoria.

The southern end of Port Phillip Bay is definitely rich with fish and catches here often include King George Whiting, Port Phillip Bay Snapper, Gummy Shark, Sevengill Shark, Thresher Shark, Garfish, Red Mullet, Calamari Squid, large Blue Spot Flathead, Silver Trevally, Australian Salmon, common Flathead, seasonal yellowtail Kingfish, various reef species and more. The crew has extensive local knowledge and is happy to share – anyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced anglers looking to refine some skills.

The catch will always depend on the gear and weather conditions. And if weather could be a bit unpredictable sometimes, in terms of the gear you are fully sorted – we will supply you with the full arsenal, starting from the conventional float fishing rods and spinning rods, “petty tyrants”, “sword”, “swing”. As a bait, you can also use by meat shrimp, mussels, crayfish, or conventional worms. Give it a try to the bare hook too!

All the nuances of fishing on the high seas tourists will be told by the experienced instructors. They will also provide all necessary gear and baits.
