This is a videoconference tour that you do from your house where we will interact online. When making the reservation, I will send you a link to connect to the reserved date and time. I learned to cook Valencian paella with my mother and my grandmother who make some great paellas. I always eat Valencian paella at home and I do not go to restaurants because my grandmother’s recipe is delicious where each person adds their special touch. I will cook a paella in my house and I will show you how it is cooked. You can ask me what you want; I will tell you the utensils to use and the ingredients, etc. I am a Valencian from a Valencian family of all my life and I live in Valencia. The paella recipe has been passed down through the centuries from parents to children, and that makes us special when it comes to cooking an excellent paella. I have been cooking paella weekly with the recipe since I was young from my grandmother for family and friends. Now I want to show my grandmother’s recipe to everyone online so that you know firsthand how to make an authentic and delicious Valencian paella.

Throughout the session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with me, ensuring that you feel confident in recreating this dish on your own.
