Start of the tour: 07:30 – 08:00 hrs

Complimentary pick up from your Kuala Lumpur hotel and depart for Taman Negara, en-route visit the Iconic Batu Caves and climb 272 steps into the temple of Hindu deity honoured during THAIPUSAM.

Ladies to be properly dressed. Devotees give thanks for vows fulfilled. Continue the journey and on arrival at Kuala Tahan, lunch at Floating Cafe. Then walk up the Canopy Walkway for a bird’s eye view of the world’s oldest rainforest. Canopy closed Fridays but we replace with Rainforest Waterfalls for a swim and wallow. WE are the only agency does this.

The boatman negotiates 7 sets of rapids to reach an aborigine village to watch fire-making skills and blowpipe demonstration. The rainforest is their supermarket and they live carefree lives – soon no more!

The experienced Nature Guide will belt out facts and taboos of Taman Negara as he takes you jungle trekking. He will also talk about the poisonous and medicinal plants and also about the elusive aphrodisiacs. Please ask him.

You may be lucky if you sight Monkeys, Flying Foxes, Hornbills, but if you see a Tiger or an Elephant, we ain’t sure who is lucky?

Return to Floating Cafe, freshen up and depart for Kuala Lumpur arriving approx.
