Coasteering consists of overcoming several natural obstacles along the coastline, accompanied by professionals from Discover The Nature. The Arrábida Natural Park hides little pearls that deserve to be preserved and praised, both for their beauty and for their unique geological characteristics; some of which are unique in the world, such as the Portinho da Arrábida coastline, a coast lined with cliffs and escarpments, sea caves and coves, where you’ll find some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal.

This experience lasts around 4 HOURS, with a route of around 800 metres along the coast. We’ll cross various natural obstacles, such as cliffs or confined spaces, where we’ll make a RAPPELLING descent, walk along little-known trails, small ROCK CLIMBS, pass through some CAVES, such as the emblematic Sta. Margarida CAVE, which has a small 17th century chapel inside, do a ZIP LINING – sliding down in a steel cable and literally landing in the water, or even doing some sections in the aquatic environment via SWIMMING and, of course, not forgetting the highlight in terms of adrenaline and emotion, the CLIFF JUMPING, and a BOAT TRIP.

None of the various obstacles are obligatory; there is always an alternative so that we can continue along the route. That’s enough to challenge the most daring adventurers – if we’re lucky, we might see some bats inside the caves or even the unrivalled Bottlenose Dolphins!
