○ All seats must be pre-booked with the supplier.
○ Minimum age is 4 months, all passengers including babies in arms must have a ticket.
○ Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
○ Without exception pregnant women are not permitted.
○ It is advised not to participate if you have a history of or have any current neck/back conditions.
○ A minimum of 8 passengers is permitted for each sailing, vessels that are not filled by the minimum number will be rescheduled. Passengers will be contacted to arrange an alternate time and/or date to travel.
○ Guests in wheelchairs must be able to transfer themselves to the vessels seating and be able to sit unaided whilst on-board, there are a few steps with hand rails to the vessels seating area.
