This 4-day trip takes you to Kidepo Valley, one of Uganda’s most spectacular parks which are located in Uganda’s remote northeastern corner. It is 1,442 square kilometers and harbors scenery unsurpassed in any other park in East Africa. Tucked into the corner of Uganda’s border with Sudan and Kenya, the park offers breathtaking savannah landscapes. Here, you will be able to see many lions, cheetahs, and the rare ostrich. This also involves immediate and quickest safari encounters using a scheduled chatter.

Itenerary

Day 1: Arrival in Uganda and Transfer to Kidepo Valley
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with your luggage. You will then take a scheduled flight to Kidepo Valley National Park. After landing, you will be transferred to your lodge where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of the park. In the evening, you will have a chance to go on a short game drive to spot some wildlife.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Kidepo Valley
After an early breakfast, you will embark on a full-day game drive in Kidepo Valley. This park is known for its diverse wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, and various antelope species. You will also have the opportunity to see predators such as lions and cheetahs. A packed lunch will be provided, allowing you to enjoy your meal in the heart of the park while observing the wildlife around you.

Day 3: Cultural Experience and Nature Walk
Today, you will have a unique opportunity to interact with the local Karamojong people. After breakfast, you will visit a nearby village where you can learn about their culture, traditions, and way of life. In the afternoon, you will take a guided nature walk through the park, where you can appreciate the flora and fauna up close.

Day 4: Departure
After breakfast, you will have some time to relax or take a final game drive before your departure. You will then be transferred back to the airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe. Upon arrival, you can either continue your journey or head to the airport for your onward flight.
